Cleaning furnace parameters

5. Main features: the large load trolley is used as the material transportation carrier, and the combustion system adopts the linear combustion machine, so the power output is more stable. The temperature uniformity of steel pipe can reach ± 10 ℃ by adopting frequency conversion circulating fan and special optimized air duct design. The equipment is equipped with fast cooling device, which can reduce the whole process time and improve the utilization rate of the equipment. The waste gas in the furnace is discharged into the workshop after the incineration device, and the discharged gas is more in line with the environmental protection requirements. The equipment adopts distributed control with high degree of automation.
